All SEABL, including D League and the majority of VJBL Games are played at the WIN Minerdome.
(Coming from Melbourne on the bypass, take the 3rd Ballarat exit, continue until you meet a roundabout, turn right, then left at the T Intersection - the WIN Minerdome is on your right hand side.)
Venues
The WIN Minerdome on the cnr of Grevillea Rd and Dowling St , Wendouree was officially opened as the Peace Memorial Stadium in March 1970.
Within 12 years the sport had grown to such an extent that a two court extension was added, and then in 1997 an extensive up grade of changerooms, passageway, offices, canteen and entrance ways was completed.
The current 4 court venue is home to the Miners and Lady Miners both playing in the ABA , and is used by over 350 local teams each week.
WSEC
The Wendouree Sports and Events Centre is located just a block away from the Minerdome in Norman St , and has been managed by the BBA since 2001.
This venue is a two court stadium and was built originally for Netball Competitions. The venue's current use is split between Netball and Basketball, with additional options available for special events on occasions.
