Gibcus relocated to Ballarat last year to work full-time and was looking forward to playing in front of the home crowd at the Ballarat Sports Events Centre.
“I am looking forward to being back involved with the club again, Ballarat do a terrific job of promoting the games and creating a quality atmosphere on game day. Obviously playing at the new stadium is exciting and looking forward to bringing the spirit of the Minerdome to a new venue” Gibcus said.

After what the Miners did last year I am very keen to try and help them get to the next level and win it all.”
For Joyce is wasn’t all just about the on-court opportunities that brought him back to Ballarat.
“The main thing I am looking forward to are once again being a part of an amazing community. My three years that I previously had in Ballarat were one of great memories. To once again play and represent Ballarat is an immense thing I am excited about. I am also keen to play with a great group of guys that I have heard so many good things about.” Joyce ended with.
