Kuany spoke to Basketball Ballarat and was thrilled to return to Ballarat.

I got an opportunity to see it last year and I was hoping we’d get to play there before the season finished, so to be able to play there for the 2020 season will be fun. I’m also looking forward to being around the community, they came in great numbers last year to support us so I’m looking forward to playing for them all.” Kuany said.
Brendan Joyce will also continue as Director of Coaching at Basketball Ballarat and Head Coach of the Hotondo Homes Ballarat Miners which Kuany was looking forward to.
