Classic Hoop Birthday Package

Our Classic Hoop Package is perfect for any kid that loves basketball. Our coaches don't just run parties, they deliver an experience. 

What's Included: 

  • 1.5 hours private court use
  • Private use of the lounge for duration
  • Catering provided 
  • Host provided 
  • Equipment provided
  • Photos on the show court LED screen 
  • Downloadable party invitation 

Cost $25 per child (min 10 kids)

Additional Items available to be purchased:

  • Miners player as party host 
  • Extra catering upon purchase 

Gold Game Day Birthday Package

* Subject to Miners home games & max of 2 parties per home game

Do you have a young hooper who loves the Ballarat Miners? Why not give them a birthday they will remember with our Gold Game Day Package. 

What's Included: 

  • Entry to Miners home game 
  • Food snack pack provided
  • Take part in an on-court Activation
  • Be the team captain during introductions

Cost $30 per child (min 8 kids)

Cancelation Policy:

All cancelations will incur a $50 non-refundable administration fee. 

Cancelations made 14 days or less from event date will forfeit 50% of their booking deposit + above admin fee
