The Thrifty Under 16 Rush had a confidence-boosting 54-48 win over Altona in the Victorian Championship last night at the MARS® MINERDOME.
Charlotte Todd was instrumental in the win, scoring 21 points, with Millie Cracknell chipping in 12.
The Rush trailed for much of the first half but powered back and sealed the deal with a convincing final term.
Next Friday, March 31 at the MARS® MINERDOME the Under 14 Rush take on Dandenong in the Victorian Championship, the Under 14 Miners meet Werribee 2 in VJL2, the Under 16 Miners face Bendigo in the Victorian Championship, and the Under 16 Rush face Blackburn in VJL3.
