Matchworks announced as partner of Basketball Ballarat

Basketball Ballarat is pleased to announce Matchworks has committed for 2019. Selkirk Ballarat Rush player Laura Taylor was on hand to announce the partnertship with Donna Richter from Matchworks.

Local player Laura Taylor was intrigued by the services Matchworks provided the community. “It was great to meet Donna from Matchworks and have them on board for 2019” Taylor said.

DES Manager of Matchworks Donna Richter was excited to make the announcement. “We are thrilled to partner with Basketball Ballarat as like us we are community minded.” Richter said.

The Matchworks Logo will be placed onto the new Wheelchair Basketball jerseys amongst other support for Basketball Ballarat. “We are really supportive of all ability sports.” Richter said.

Ahead of the first round of NBL1 Laura Taylor has been working really hard both on and off the court. “It’s been really good gelling with the girls and having our first game opener this weekend in Nunawading” Taylor said.

The Selkirk Ballarat Rush return to Ballarat on April 6th for the first home game of the season and Laura has high hopes for the encounter against Bendigo. “I can’t wait for our first home game next week so come support us and meet our team” Laura ended with.
