Basketball Ballarat is seeking an experienced and passionate Youth League Head Coach to lead our men’s Youth League program from 2027.
This is a key role within Basketball Ballarat’s athlete development pathway, focused on identifying, developing, and retaining local talent. Working closely with the NBL1 Head Coach, Director of Coaching, and Senior Elite Teams (SET) Committee, you will help deliver the strategic direction of the program and create clear pathways for athletes to progress to senior representative basketball and beyond.
